Welcome to the Freedom to Speak up Portal. This is a confidential platform and all concerns raised will be treated in this way, only the Freedom to Speak up Guardian has access to these concerns.

You are encouraged to fill out all the details as this allows for follow up and feedback however should you wish to remain anonymous there is an option to do so. This portal is for raising genuine concerns and for guidance on this issue please refer to the Freedom to Speak up policy on the Intranet.

Please note that all correspondence logged onto the system remains confidential and only the guardian has access. It will not be used without your consent. Please also be aware that the Guardian only works three days a week and may not reply to your enquiry until next working day. If your concern is urgent and you need to speak to someone then please contact one of the Freedom to Speak Up Champions (a list can be found via the link on the homepage on the Intranet). The live chat facility will only be available when the Guardian is on line and not on another call. All data recorded on this application is encrypted and only accessible in readable format by the current Guardian
